Change of operations of the Russian visa application center in Houston on September 27, 2017

Dear clients, 

The Visa Application Center in Houston will only be open for passport pickup on Wednesday, 27 September 2017 due to technical reasons.
The office will resume full, normal function on Thursday, September 28.
